If you file a chargeback without contacting Hollie first, your right to everything they have ever made for you will be retracted and they have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.Note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from them anymore, and that your username and details about the case may be publicly posted for others to watch out for.✣ Hollie, the artist, is not responsible if the client fails to read the given terms of service provided.✣ Client acknowledges that this is a paid service for a digital product. No physical products are shipped.
^{• You will receive the full-size illustration with a faint watermark. If you want to re-upload the picture somewhere, Hollie must be credited and / or linked back to, except for commercial projects where this rule may not apply:
• A tiny signature will always remain on the artwork, except for commercial projects where this rule may not apply.}✣ Be sure to save the picture somewhere on your computer, a USB, etc.✣ Hollie is always striving to grow as an artist so their style is constantly evolving. There may be differences between the samples in their gallery and the illustration you receive (lineart, style, coloring method, composition, etc.).✣ Hollie reserves the right to screenshot, record, stream, make samples of, and / or monetize your purchase on any social media they want, unless previously negotiated.✣ Hollie reserves the right to decline any request for any reason.

=========================== PAYMENT INFORMATION =========================

Payments will be made in USD. If you don’t know how much prices are in your currency you may use this converter.✣ Hollie requires full payment before they start the artwork.
^{• Refunds are not available unless an unexpected issue rendering completion impossible comes up on Hollie's end, in which you will be refunded in full.}Personal Use:
✣ Use as an icon, banner, share a watermarked version on social medias, print to display in your home, etc. You may crop the photo however you like when reposting as long as Hollie is credited and / or linked back to.✣ +30% of the total price (will not be uploaded anywhere on the internet)
_{• If you wish to "un-private" the commission after payment has been sent (to post it anywhere public), send Hollie a message informing them. There will not be a refund for the 30% private fee.}

Commercial Use:
You are fully responsible for ensuring any commissioned artwork obeys the rules and TOS of any relevant service / organization. Hollie, the artist, takes no responsibility for any artwork rejected by any outside service / organization.Commercial Options:
✣ +100% of the total price unless specified in the commission type that commercial use is included (streaming, promotion, game assets, business cards)
✣ +200% of the total price unless specificed in the commission type that commercial use is included (merchandise, prints, massive reproduction)

=============================== WORK SPEED ==============================

✣ Hollie will try to finish your commission ASAP. The estimated wait time is 7-60 days from the moment they start working on your project, after payment has been sent. If you have ordered more than one illustration or something very complex, the wait time may increase. Holiday purchases are not guaranteed to arrive by the holiday. Hollie works in queue so if you're wondering when your purchase will be worked on, feel free to check their Waitlist or ask them directly.✣ Work in progress updates are available upon request.✣ Hollie will always inform you if there's an unexpected delay.

========================= COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY ========================

Commissions are PERSONAL USE ONLY.You are not authorized to use content produced by the artist for commercial use. That includes to sale, redistribution, or gaining profits from the commission.
_{• Commercial prices can be discussed via direct message on any of their social medias, their email, or Ko-Fi.}As the artist, Hollie reserves every right to the produced artwork and do whatever they wish with it, for example:
• Use the artwork anywhere in order to promote themselves unless stated otherwise prior to the commission.
• For personal use commissions, they may offer the layered digital files on Ko-Fi or similar sites for learning purposes.
• For commercial use commissions, they may share WIPs on Tumblr, Twitter, Ko-Fi, or similar sites, as well as the final product unless stated otherwise.
• For either commission types, they may record or stream the art process unless previously discussed otherwise.✣ You are allowed to have commissioned artwork animated by another artist.✣ When reposting, link back to Hollie's social media or Hollie's carrd. However, it would be nice if you reblogged, reposted, or retweeted directly from Hollie's post.✣ Hollie, the artist, receives full rights to claim 100% of any unauthorized profits made from the artwork used.You are not allowed to:
• Remove Hollie's signature from the artwork unless cropping with proper credit. You are not allowed to alter the artwork itself without their consent unless otherwise stated.
• Copying, tracing, redistributing or using Hollie's work without their permission is prohibited. Use any of their creations in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space is prohibited.Should you break the copyright / usage agreement, every right to the commissioned image will be retracted with no refund.

============================== HOW TO ORDER ============================

✣ Message Hollie on Twitter, Tumblr, email, or Discord. They will usually reply in the span of 72 hours, but if they're swamped it might take them longer.✣ If Hollie accepts your request, they'll discuss details with you and you'll be added to their Queue.

================================ CHANGES ===============================

✣ Some commission types don't have a sketch approval stage; if you would like a sketch to approve, please say so while discussing your commission. After Hollie sends you the sketch, check the picture carefully and let them know if anything should be changed.✣ During the sketch stage, they will accept a maximum of two (2) important changes (i.e. an outfit addition or subtraction, pose change, background, or anything that makes them have to redraw parts of the picture). After the second change, they have the right to decline any further changes or charge an extra fee per change.You may request two (2) small revisions after the commission is complete. Any further or larger revisions will require additional payment:
^{• Small revisions include color adjustments and any small details they may have forgotten. Any other change will come with an extra fee.}✣ If your character's references were unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.
